§ 62. Mr. Abseasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, to ensure that the confidences of young men and women are respected by physicians, he will introduce legislation to amend the medical Acts so that no decision of the General Medical Council shall be permitted to affect the present powers of the Chancery Court to restrain breaches of confidence.
