The Working Parties on Sewage Disposal and Refuse Disposal have made recommendations on reclamation and reuse of wastes which I am considering and the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution can inquire into this problem. 94W I should emphasise, however, that the techniques of reclamation are at present generally uneconomic.
