§ Mr. GodberThe United Nations Economic and Social Council proposed the establishment of a world disaster fund last July, and will consider next July a report by the Secretary-General on the co-ordination of international disaster relief.
The resettlement of victims of natural disasters is primarily a matter for the Government of the territory concerned.
