§ Mr. Adam Hunterasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if, when the South-East region becomes an established region of local government, as proposed in his local government reform scheme, he will abolish tolls on the Forth Road Bridge;
(2) if, when the East region becomes an established region of local government, as proposed in his local government reform scheme, he will abolish tolls on the Tay Road Bridge.
