§ Mr. Graham PageMy right hon. Friend's intention is that the preparation of a regional strategy providing a framework for regional development, transpor-388W tation and land use planning in the Northern Region should be started as soon as possible as a collaborative effort between the local planning authorities, the Government and the Northern Economic Planning Council. The organisation for the work will be the subject of discussion between the parties involved.
