asked the Prime Minister whether he will make a statement on his recent official discussion with Mr. Henry Ford concerning industrial investment and employment prospects.

At the talk on 15th March my right hon. Friends the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Secretaries of State for Employment and for Trade and Industry were also present. Mr. Ford and his colleagues gave a full account of the industrial problems they face in this country and my right hon. Friends outlined the Government's policy for dealing with these problems.
