§ Mr. Pardoeasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications if he will introduce legislation to provide that the television and radio authorities shall place in the Library of the House of Commons any transcript of a programme which has been requested by any Government Minister, together with copies of all correspondence and summaries of all telephone and other communications which have passed between the authorities and the Minister about it.
