§ Mr. Percivalasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will arrange for a helicopter to operate from the proposed new heliport, at the frequency expected when such a service comes into operation, on a Tuesday whilst Parliament is sitting, so that those living and working on the route may have practical experience of the noise pollution caused.
