§ Mr. Clinton Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many deportation orders were made following recommendations therefor by courts of summary jurisdiction in England and Wales in each of the years 1963 to 1970 in respect of Commonwealth immigrants and aliens, respectively;
(2) how many deportation orders were made following recommendations therefor by the Central Criminal Court and the Inner London Sessions in respect of Commonwealth immigrants and aliens, respectively, in each of the years 1963 to 1970;
(3) how many deportation orders were made following recommendations therefor by courts of summary jurisdiction in the Inner London area in respect of Commonwealth immigrants and aliens, respectively, in each of the years 1963 to 1970;
(4) how many recommendations for deportation were made by courts of summary jurisdiction in England and Wales in each of the years 1963 to 1970, in respect of Commonwealth immigrants and aliens, respectively;
(5) how many recommendations for deportation were made by courts of assize and quarter sessions in England and Wales in each of the years from 1963 to 1970;
(6) how many recommendations for deportation were made by each of the courts in the inner and outer London areas, respectively, including courts of assize and quarter sessions, in each of the years 1963 to 1970 in respect of Commonwealth immigrants and others, respectively;
(7) how many deportation orders were made following recommendations therefor by courts of assize and quarter sessions in England and Wales in each of the years 1963 to 1970 in respect of Commonwealth immigrants and aliens, respectively.
