§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he proposes to lay an order under the Alkali and Works Acts scheduling aluminium smelting, petroleum, minerals, discocyanates and acrylates, and making corresponding additions to the list of noxious or offensive gases.
§ Mr. Peter WalkerAs my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State explained in answer to my hon. Friend's Question on 8th February, I am at present considering the inspector's report of the public inquiry. The matter is, therefore,sub judice, and I cannot anticipate my decision.
