§ 36. Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now publish details of his policy to publicise social security and welfare entitlements in order to improve take-up of these benefits.
§ Sir K. JosephA nationwide campaign will be launched immediately after Easter urging those entitled to free milk, relief from National Health Service charges and to Family Income Supplement, to take advantage of these benefits.
The availability of leaflets and claim forms for free milk and relief from National Health Service charges will be publicised towards the end of March.
§ 37. Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a Ministerial broadcast concerned with the changes in the provision of health and welfare benefits on 3rd April 1971.
