§ Mr. Raymond Fletcherasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if 243W he will suspend the operation of Smoke Control Orders Nos. 1963 and 1967, relating to the Marlpool Farm Estate, Heanor, and Aldreds Lane, Heanor, respectively, for a further period of 12 months, in view of the representations made to his Department by the Heanor Urban District Council.
