§ Mr. John DaviesThese are matters at this stage for the receiver and manager 211W at Rolls-Royce Ltd. I understand that the pension scheme of Messrs. Mulliner, Park, Ward and Company is part of the Rolls-Royce Group pension scheme. I also understand that the exact position in each case will depend on such matters as the detailed terms of existing pension funds; the receiver himself proposes to supervise the arrangements under which employees who take up employment with the various purchasers of Rolls-Royce assets will be provided for.
