§ Mr. Anthony GrantAt the end of February, 1971, 31 advance factories were awaiting initial occupation. The periods they had been unoccupied varied greatly, and I will, with permission, circulate details in the OFFICIAL REPORT. We are making every effort to secure suitable occupants for these factories.
