§ Lord BalnielThere has been a continuous flow of information between the United States and United Kingdom Governments on modifications to the Polaris Weapon System under the terms of Article IV of the Polaris Sales Agreement of 1963. The United Kingdom has accepted and incorporated the large majority of these changes with consequential improvement in the reliability of the Polaris weapon system in our Polaris submarines.
