§ Mr. CarlisleI regret that figures for 1966 and 1967 are not available. Figures for later years are as follows (disregarding requests that lapsed or were withdrawn):
- 1968–12 requests; all granted.
- 1969–13 requests; all granted.
- 1970–35 requests; 9 granted. The remaining 26 are still under consideration.
