§ Mr. MaudlingTwo local authorities in England have recently agreed to take 135W part—the County Council of the West Riding of Yorkshire and the London Borough Council of Newham. This brings the total number of participating authorities in England and Wales up to six. I hope to announce the inclusion of further areas soon.
