§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he is aware that Ford's was considering installing a new engine plant in Great Britain which would have ensured its receiving a£12 million investment grant, and that due to the Government's change in policy on investment grants this firm has now decided not to go ahead with the building of this new plant; and whether he will take action to assist in this factory being established in Great Britain.
