§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council whether he will 545W arrange to place before the Review Committee which is to inquire into the salaries and conditions of Members of Parliament details showing that in addition to the loss of income due to inflation since salaries were last raised in October, 1964, the costs of services which the Members of Parliament have to provide have risen by 50 per cent. to 75 per cent., and that the catering facilities which they have to use have increased in price by some 300 per cent. to 400 per cent.
