§ THE MINISTER OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECURITY (LORD ABERDARE)Where such operations require planning permission, Her Majesty's Government's view is that the proposals must be carefully considered on their individual merits, including their possible effect upon the amenities of the National Park.
