HC Deb 04 March 1971 vol 812 c509W
70. Rev. Ian Paisley

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in view of the concern in Northern Ireland, he will give an assurance that the constitution of Northern Ireland was not discussed in the recent talks with the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland at Chequers.

Mr. Maudling

I am not aware of any such concern. The attitude of Her Majesty's Government to the Constitution of Northern Ireland is well known.
