§ Mr. van StraubenzeeLocal discussions about the future pattern of secondary education in the Bideford area are continuing but the Devon authority has not yet submitted a reorganisation 503W scheme for the area. No resources are available solely for the reorganisation of secondary education, but a building proposal to meet rising secondary numbers in Bideford is under consideration.
