§ Mr. Peter WalkerI have no evidence that gardeners need specific advice from me on this matter. Where pesticides have been approved for use on land, appropriate quantities can be disposed of in the same way. Gardeners with larger problems of disposal can, of course, consult the public health inspector of their local authority, who will be aware of the advice on this subject which is given in the recent report of the Technical Committee on the Disposal of Solid Toxic Wastes.
