§ Mr. Peter ThomasPublicity for particular Welsh forms is a matter for the Ministers concerned. General publicity about the forms presents problems because they are so varied, but I am arranging for a short information film to be made available to B.B.C. and Independent Television for showing at appropriate viewing times and for lists of forms to be placed in public libraries.
