§ Mr. Anthony GrantTwo factories are available, one of 25,000 sq. ft. and one of 15,000 sq. ft. Two are under construction, of 15,000 sq. ft. and 10,000 sq. ft. Interest is being shown in the 25,000 sq. ft. factory. Sunderland is now a Special Development Area and this should help us to find suitable occupants.
