§ Mr. AmeryI assume the question relates to the Litherland (Beechwood Road) Compulsory Purchase Order which the urban district council submitted for confirmation last May, and which was the subject of a public local inquiry on 2nd September. I regret there has been delay but hope to give my decision on the Order very soon.
