Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for the Environment on what date he received the report of the inspector appointed by his predecessor to hold a public inquiry into the proposals for redeveloping the site of Richmond Terrace and New Scotland Yard; if he has now reached a decision on this matter; and if he will publish the inspector's report.
