§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Attorney-General how many letters he has received this month from women making representations that maintenance orders and alimony awarded by courts in their favour have not been implemented.
§ The Attorney-GeneralDuring the month from 17th May to 16th June, my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor received one such complaint. This does not take account of complaints relating to orders made by magistrates' courts which are dealt with by my right honourable Friend the Home Secretary.
