§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) if he will list projects on which the Committee on Marine Technology is working, and the estimated completion date of these studies;
(2) if he will make a statement on the work, the total expenditure, and the future of the Committee on Marine Technology.
§ Mr. David PriceThe Committee on Marine Technology is an interdepartmental advisory Committee. It incurs no expenditure other than incidental staff costs. Projects arising out of the Committee's activities are being considered by industry in association with the Department of Trade and Industry, largely on a confidential basis.
