§ Mr. AlisonThe provision of remand and assessment facilities is a local authority responsibility. It is a matter for the Children's Regional Planning Committee to review the adequacy of these facilities in the Leicester area in the course of preparing their regional plan under Section 36 of the Children and Young Persons Act, 1969.
