§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, in view of the high level of unemployment in Wales, he will instruct the British representatives at Brussels to seek from the representatives of the European Economic Community countries an agreement that the free movement of workers into Wales would not be allowed in the event of Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community.
