§ Mr. Madelasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether, following representations made to her by the hon. Member for South Bedfordshire about the need for the provision of an underpass under the A5 road where the Southern Campus Upper School is being built at Dunstable, she will now provide funds to enable the underpass to be ready for use by the beginning of the September term.
