§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe Government have moved swiftly since 14th June with measures designed to secure the reconstruction of shipbuilding on the Upper Clyde. The Scottish Trades Union Congress discussed this with my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on 21st June. I was present at that meeting and I am always prepared to consider discussions with the S.T.U.C. which I normally meet from time to time.
