§ Mr. Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will publish the numbers of people who refused to answer each of the 29 questions on the 1971 Census form and the number of people who declined to fill in the form at all.
§ Sir K. JosephThe number of people refusing to answer individual questions cannot be satisfactorily determined without disproportionate cost. Many forms are still being completed in response to correspondence from the census organisation.
