§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why the names of members of tribunals held under the Ministry of Social Security Act, 1966, are 235W not made known to the appellant or his or her representative, whilst the names of members of rent assessment panels are made known to the general public on form F.16.
§ Mr. DeanIt has hitherto been left to tribunal members to decide whether or not to make known their names but we are considering whether this practice should be changed.
