§ Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether Her Majesty's Government accept Resolution No. 468 on the International Year for action to combat racism and racial discrimination, 1971, which was adopted by the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe on 21st January, 1971; and whether, having ratified the International Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination, they are prepared to establish a board or a commission as agreed to in paragraph 8(b) of this resolution.
