§ 78 and 79. Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he has given further consideration to the proposal of the Disabled Drivers' Association for a more flexible scheme of mobility assistance for disabled persons;
(2) if he will introduce measures to enable disabled drivers to purchase their own cars by granting to them a maintenance allowance comparable to that provided to service pensioners who are eligible for cars.
