§ Mr. Peter WalkerI have already published a draft regulation to control smoke from new diesel-engined vehicles, and a regulation has been made requiring all new cars to have a device eliminating fumes from the crank case. I am actively considering the complex question of exhaust fumes from petrol-engined vehicles.
