§ Dr. Millerasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether Her Majesty's Government accept Recommendation No. 621 on the problems arising out of the use of live animals for experimental and industrial purposes which was adopted by the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe on 20th January, 1971; and whether she will instruct Her Majesty's Government's representative in the Committee of Minsters of the Council of Europe to vote in favour of the setting up of a Committee of Experts as recommended in paragraph 10(a) of this text.
