§ Mr. Graham PageThe western section of the Bishop's Stortford east/west bypass is a principal road scheme for which Hertfordshire County Council are responsible. They hope to start construction in 1972, so that it may be open at the same time as the eastern section, and the nearby section of Mil. A decision on the county council's proposals for the western section is expected following fuller examination.
