asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will now direct the Inland Revenue Department to issue a circular to all taxation staff concerned with raising income tax assessments, drawing their attention to the Report of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration on the income tax affairs of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Farrow, particularly paragraph 8.
