§ Mr. John DaviesThe parties to the agreement for the purchase of those parts of Rolls-Royce Ltd. being acquired by Rolls-Royce (1971) Ltd. are the receiver, Rolls-Royce Ltd., Rolls-Royce (1971) Ltd. and the Government. The unsecured creditors are not separately represented but the receiver will be paying due regard to their interests.
