§ Mr. Anthony StodartIn determining the 1971–72 standard quantity for milk on which the guaranteed price is paid, we have already made allowance for the effect on liquid milk sales of changes in the school milk scheme. The Education (Milk) Bill will, therefore, have no significant effect on the net average price paid to milk producers in the United Kingdom in 1971–72.
