§ Mr. Dudley SmithThe present unit at Birmingham will be replaced by a larger148W unit and new units will be built at Portsmouth and in East London. Two part residential units near Preston and in South-East London will replace the present residential unit at Egham. These developments, and some expansion in existing units, will increase the number of places from 2,377 to about 2,750.
