§ Mr. Bradleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will introduce regulations requiring manufacturers of motor vehicles to provide for involuntary restraint systems, anti-lock brakes and anti-dazzle lights by 1975;
(2) what proposals he has for making further regulations extending compulsory safety standards for private cars; and when these are to be introduced.
§ Mr. PeytonThe Government are at present co-operating with other European countries in the development of new safety standards.
