§ Mr. Peter WalkerMr. A. N. Irens, C.B.E., who has given valuable service as Chairman of the South West Economic Planning Council since 1968, has retired on completion of his term of office this year. I am, however, pleased to announce that Mr. J. F. Holman, C.B.E., has accepted my invitation to succeed Mr. Irens with effect from 16th July.
