§ 41. Sir G. Nabarroasked the Attorney-General whether he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to instituting procedings for fraudulent deception, the case of Mr. Geoffrey Williams, sometime consultant to the Ministry of Defence at £5,000 per annum in 1967 to 1968.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI have asked the Director of Public Prosecutions to consider whether there are any grounds for investigating this matter.
