§ Mr. Anthony StodartNo. These conclusions were necessarily based on assumptions made at that time about the effects of the common agricultural policy as it then stood. The Government's assessment in Command Paper No. 4715 takes account of the subsequent development of the common agricultural policy and the agreements reached on its application to the United Kingdom.
