§ Mr. Gordon CampbellIt is not practicable to relate infrastructure exclusively to one transport installation. Leith will benefit directly and indirectly from the substantial expenditure by Government 295W and transport undertakings on the provision of a modern and comprehensive communications network in Central Scotland.
