§ Mr. Anthony Grant: These matters are constantly under review. We have already 190W introduced a substantial and effective package of incentives for industrial development. Moreover the Government have just announced a major programme of increased public works which will improve the basic attractions of the assisted areas and will help to provide additional employment, particularly in the construction industry.—[Vol. 821, c. 257,510–16; 160.]
